Contract And Rules
With Aiden’s permission, I am posting a copy of our Master/slave contract, along with our current rules (being added to). I am sharing it here as a reference, and for the benefit of others who might be looking for a sample contract to modify for their own relationship (I must have looked at 20 when drafting this one). Please do not hesitate to ask questions, but judgement and rudeness will not be tolerated.
This contract was entered into by Aiden and Shasta, each of their own free will, and with full understanding of the details and agreements therein
on the 4th day of November, 2009
· Shasta will not be required to do anything unethical or dishonourable. Should she behave dishonestly or dishonourably, Aiden may declare the contract null and void, and may choose to release her from this service
· Should Aiden act with repeated and unrepentant dishonour and disregard for Shasta’s well being, Shasta can declare this contract null and void, as she cannot honourably serve a dishonourable master.
· Shasta’s flesh and blood belong to Aiden, and he may do with it what he wishes.
· Aiden will endeavour not to damage his property, and to provide adequate food, shelter, rest, and sleep time.
· Aiden has the right to demand sexual service from Shasta at any time that he chooses, although as with all demands, Shasta’s physical and mental state, and other surrounding circumstances will be taken into consideration
· No one else has access to Shasta’s flesh without applying respectfully to Aiden for permission, and being interrogated and approved. Aiden may deny anyone access to any part of Shasta at any time, for any reason, although he agrees to explain the reason to Shasta.
· Shasta may not exchange bodily fluids with anyone other than Aiden and Jack, without prior discussion and consent. In return, Aiden agrees to the same restriction, in the interest of maintaining the health and safety of both parties.
· Shasta may not ingest any mind-altering substance without permission from Aiden.
· Shasta has no right to privacy of word, thought, or deed from Aiden. Aiden can demand and expect to get immediate and truthful information on any part of Shasta’s life.
· Shasta agrees to learn any specific skill that Aiden requires of her. Aiden will be the sole judge of whether a specific skill or field of knowledge is beyond her ability, and she will be expected to apply herself repeatedly and persistently over a significant period of time until it is clear to Aiden that no further improvement can be made.
· Aiden agrees to commit adequate time and effort to expanding his knowledge and skills as a Dominant.
· Shasta’s skills and abilities are at Aiden’s disposal. Shasta will make an effort to notice when specific skills of hers would be useful, and to volunteer them.
· Both Aiden and Shasta agree to a discipline of radical honesty with each other. Neither of them may let resentments pile up without speaking, or lie about how they feel regarding each other or any part of the relationship. They both agree that when asked for their feelings on any matter, they will be open and honest.
· Shasta agrees to maintain an ability to objectively view their relationship, and not allow herself to become a drone, in the best interests of maintaining the mental health of both parties.
· Aiden agrees to take seriously Shasta’s feelings and opinions regarding the relationship, Shasta’s own mental health, and Aiden’s behaviour towards her. He will never penalize her for being candid with her perceptions.
· Shasta agrees to be reasonably considerate with her negative emotional states, and not take them out on Aiden.
· Shasta agrees to be completely obedient to Aiden in any way that Aiden commands. She agrees to obey Aiden in anything that she is asked to do. She may voice an objection, but she may not refuse any command that does not place her in physical, legal, or ethical jeopardy.
· Shasta is not allowed to be submissive in this way to anyone else. She is required to take orders concerning the household, childcare, and relationship management from Jack, and may play with other Doms with Aiden’s permission and supervision, but she must conduct herself assertively and independently with everyone else. Full submission is reserved entirely for Aiden.
· Aiden agrees that Shasta shall not be lent to anyone for sexual purposes.
· Shasta agrees to submit to Aiden when she is required to suffer pain. She may not refuse to submit, although her physical condition at the time will be taken into consideration
· Aiden agrees to inform Shasta when she is being punished, and to explain the reasons for punishment before, during, or after the punishment. Furthermore Aiden agrees not to withhold support and/or affection from Shasta as a means of punishment.
· Shasta agrees to submit with a whole heart, as fully as possible, recognizing the emotional necessity of these scenes, and continue to do everything she can to maintain openness towards Aiden both during the scene and afterwards.
· Shasta’s time and energy are to be scheduled around her usefulness to Aiden and to her household.
· Aiden promises to make sure that Shasta has adequate time for rest, sleep, personal care, and following her own hobbies and interests.
· Shasta will make herself available for any random duty that Aiden may require. If she is otherwise occupied, she will respectfully notify Aiden, so that no schedule conflicts occur.
· Shasta will endeavour to make the best use of her time, and remain focused on tasks that require her immediate attention. If there is a list of tasks to be done, Shasta will write them down rather than relying entirely on her memory.
· Shasta will renounce all rights to her own pleasure, comfort, and gratification except insofar as permitted by Aiden.
· Shasta agrees to gracefully accept punishment, and to learn from it.
· Aiden agrees to discipline only out of a desire to better Shasta as both a person and as a slave, and further agrees not to punish out of or during feelings of anger.
· Shasta will maintain responsibility for aspects of her life as outlined below:
1. Her relationship with Jack
2. Their children and their parenting
3. Her job
4. Her vanilla friendships
5. Her family
Shasta will seek Aiden’s advice as she would her best friend, in making important decisions and in dealing with problems that may arise in any of the above areas, but reserves the right to final say in these matters.
Rules
1. I will serve, obey, and please my Lord
2. Above all else my primary focus shall be to please my Lord, hoping that he finds me pleasing in all that I do, whether I am in his presence or not
3. I worship my Lord
4. I worship my Lord’s body
5. To receive pleasure, I must earn it
6. I worship my Lord’s whip
7. I trust my Lord
8. I will ask my Lord for permission to satisfy whatever need I have before acting on it
9. My body and mind are the property of my Lord
10. I must be both specific and explicit in my speech
11. I will not hesitate when responding to my Lord. My focus is important to my growth
12. I will thank my Lord for the discipline and punishments I receive, specifying what I received and expressing the reason as to why I was given them
13. I am always in submission to my Lord, whether his is present or not, ready to please him at any time, in any place, under any circumstances, regardless of who may be present. I trust my Lord will keep me safe, protecting his reputation and mine in the presence of others
14. When I am not in the presence of my Lord and I have choices to make, I will make them to the best of my abilities and within the boundaries and guidance he has allowed me
15. I shall wear the collar my Lord has given me with pride, for it signifies his ownership of me and my devotion to him
16. When I remove clothing from my body it must be folded neatly and placed in a pile
17. My legs, underarms, and pussy must be kept completely shaved (or waxed) smooth and clean
18. My “place” is on my knees before my Lord, for it is a privilege and honor to be his slave
19. When in the presence of my Lord, but not in use, I will go to the place he has selected, until I am needed
20. My greatest felt satisfaction is realized when I know I have pleased my Lord
21. There can be no greater pain or suffering I can feel than when my Lord is not pleased with me
22. I will not hesitate in my obedience to my Lord
23. Whenever my Lord speaks, even when I am speaking, I am to immediately become silent, in order to listen intently to what he has to say. I must never interrupt him, unless he has shown me how to communicate with him, if I need to
24. The opportunity to please my Lord is very important to me and I will take every chance to seek out such opportunities to do so
25. I choose willingly to be treated as my Lord’s property – so long as such treatment is safe and legal
26. The safeword can be spoken at any time – even when I have been told to be silent. If I am not able to verbalize it, I trust my Lord will show me how I can express it. Safewords are for my protection, as well as his
27. I must confess to my Lord when I have been naughty, so that he may decide if such violations require me to be disciplined or to be punished. I must accept whatever decisions he makes. I must focus upon how sorry I am for not behaving in the way in which I have been taught
28. I must never be concerned when I feel too much of my flesh is showing, in private or in the general public
29. I will endure whatever discipline or punishment my Lord gives me, so that I can become a better slave for him
30. Through discipline and punishment I shall learn to behave
31. I shall never think of myself as a weak person, for it takes a strong female to commit to the drive inside of me, to serve, to obey, and to please my Lord
32. I will give all that I am to my Lord in order to become free
33. I must never show disrespect towards my Lord in any way, no matter where I am, in his presence or not
34. Crying and the shedding of tears at any time is good and expected, for it softens my will and bonds me closer to my Lord
35. The needs of my Lord must always come before my own
36. I must be attentive to the needs of my Lord, and always be ready to respond to them to the best of my abilities
37. I am allowed to suggest ways to further my training or use of me, verbally or through my journal
38. I must always respond fully, both physically and verbally, to whatever my Lord does with me. The expressions of my emotions and my physical responses are important to him. I must never hold back any part of their display, regardless of how intense they may be, unless instructed to do so
39. It is important for me to exercise no less than five times per week, for no less than an hour each time, in order to increase my physical strength, and to maintain or improve my figure
40. I will always sleep nude, kneeling first before I enter my bed, for it is a great privilege to have a soft place to sleep
41. I am proud to wear upon my body the marks given to me by my Lord
42. I will always listen intently to whatever my Lord has to say
43. When I am standing, I shall do so with my feet and legs together, and my hands held behind my back
44. When sitting, I shall sit up straight with my legs together and my palms down on top of my thighs
45. Privacy is a privilege that I must earn
46. I must never masturbate without permission
47. Should my Lord ever cage me for display, I will gladly crawl into it, and position myself in ways that he finds pleasing. I can only hope that I never displease him so much that he confines me as punishment.
48. At the end of our three month consideration period, my Lord shall select for me a slave name. I may present to him three names to choose from, although I know that he does not have to select any of them, and that he can choose one of his own for me to be known by
49. I will periodically examine my whole life and make observations on how it has changed as a result of my relationship with my Lord. I will speak to my Lord about these areas, where there have been improvements, and where I feel uncomfortable, insecure, or unsure of what direction I should take.
50. I will not be passive in serving my Lord. I will aggressively participate in my exchanges with him
51. If I am sent to another Master to serve, I will serve that Master well, as if he were my Lord, for I want my Lord to receive a good report after I am returned to him
52. I will not date or form a relationship with others without permission and approval from my Lord. If I am permitted to have sex with others, I shall have it safely and will always tell my Lord in detail what I have done, so that no part of me is secret from him
53. If I am wearing a skirt or dress, I am not allowed to wear panties
54. When I am in the presence of my Lord and I am free to move around, I will do so in seductive and enticing ways
55. I will give to my Lord my body, mind, and spirit, in faith of his knowledge, skills, and concern for my well being
