Yikes! I’m a bit speechless about that picture. I don’t know what to say. lol! I agree with polylizzy about it must have taken a lot of lube. I can’t even imagine!

This just baffles my mind because as much as I know about human anatomy, there are a LOT of organs in the way to go straight up like that. Where exactly does that much arm end up in the body? I mean he’s gotta be tickling his tonsils at this point. Also: EWWW!
