Jack often has the (mis?)fortune of assisting me in product testing most of the sex toys that come across my kitchen table for review.  Since I hardly think it’s fair to have all of the fun myself, I do my best to order him some man-toys once in a while, such as this set of metal cock rings from SexToy.Com.

Let me begin by saying that metal cock rings are really not for beginners.  If you’re interested in cock ring play, I would highly recommend picking up a set of rubber cock rings, to get a better idea of what size you need, and to become familiar with the sensation.  Metal cock rings have no give, which means there is potential for it to become stuck on your penis should you underestimate the girth of your member.

Buying cock rings as a set, as opposed to one at a time, is generally a good idea so that you can experiment for the right fit.  Cock rings should not be worn for longer than 30 minutes at a time.  It should feel tight, but not painful.  If it becomes very uncomfortable, remove the ring and try a larger size.

If your penis is something like Jack’s, and it seems to be ‘between sizes’ then you may want to try the adjustable sort, or the one-size-fits-all type.

Cock rings are affordable, fairly easy to use (once you get the hang of it) and they *do* actually increase the rigidity of erections.  Jack says that sometimes they make his balls feel like they are going to explode, but apparently that’s the norm for him when he’s had an erection for too long.
