After seeing this post, I just had to know more. I guess I am still getting used to my body as it is, so body modification isn’t something that I would do myself.

it’s funny because most people think of penises, and testes as somewhat delicate, but really when you look at some of the “extreme” body mods you realise just how resilient the human body is.
i imagine peeing with a split penis is much like peeing with a vulva – just a little more flesh in the way
i wonder if they /always/ curl out of the way like that when they’re erect? more split penis fotos required i guess, hahahahaha.

Also, what happens if you forget which head has the urethra going through it and you forget to aim the right one when you pee? Does it go across the room?

This is what’s referred to as genital bisection, which is a total splitting of the male genitals.
No, it’s not some strange birth defect; people actually do this on purpose
The penis remains fully functional in most cases. The penis tends to curve in on itself, which may make insertion more difficult, but not impossible. Since it is split down the urethra, urine exits where the splitting stops.
Most people who get this modification do it to enhance sexual pleasure, because the nerves INSIDE the urethral passage are far more sensitive than the outside of the penis. Some also do this because, as you can see, it significantly increases the “width” of the penis.
