Kama Sutra French Vanilla Creme Body Souffle Review

Kama Sutra French Vanilla Creme Body Souffle is a massage product that is included in the very popular Earthly Delights Tin. Using a cream as opposed to an oil for massage seemed a little strange to me, but I decided to give it a try.
The first thing I noticed when I opened the jar was the smell. OH MY GOD! It was incredible. So delicious that I wanted to eat the contents immediately. Yum yum.
Poor Jack was fasting for a urine/blood test during the evening that I wanted to test this product and he grumbled loudly as I smeared it onto his skin. How dare I rub him down with something that smelled so good and only served to make him hungry!
He was also grumbling because the cream is pretty cold on the skin. Unlike oil, you cannot easily warm this cream up before application. However, cold as opposed to warm simply provides a different sensation, which is good in most situations.
The souffle wasn’t exactly greasy, but it didn’t absorb into the skin quickly. This is a good thing, because you don’t want to have to keep adding more and more cream while you are giving a massage. Eventually it did absorb, and there wasn’t any strange reside left.
After I rubbed it onto Jack’s skin, I kissed and nibbled his back. The taste was acceptable, not nearly as good as it smelled, and oddly, it made my lips and mouth numb! I don’t know if that is a desired effect or what. I am guessing that the numbing aspect only effects sensitive areas like the lips and mouth, because my hands weren’t numb, nor was Jack’s back. It was a little weird, but also kind of fun. It wasn’t a serious numbing either, just a tingling and then it sort of felt like my lips were coated with wax. I still had sensation, but the sense of touch was a little dulled.
I would not recommend ingesting it in large amounts however. I would certainly be interested in trying out some of the other scents/flavours available.
I cannot get over the smell! I plan to rub some on before I go out next time. That should get some attention

Is it really edible? I can’t tell from the packaging. Of course, any product for that purpose OUGHT to be edible . . .

I have recieved some as a gift but never got around to using these kama sutra items.
I think I’m like you, I am not crazy about edible products. I even recieved a minty gel for oral sex. To be that defeats the purpose when giving oral and covering the natural taste with a minty one.

According to the Kama Sutra website and the jar itself, it’s safe for kissing or licking. It’s not safe for your vagina or anus because I believe it contains sugars that could irritate you.

I also hope you won’t let those products go to waste forever! Even using it just once is a good thing. I don’t know that I will ever use this for massage again, but I certainly won’t hesitate to use it on my skin before a fun night out.

I used to use Kama Sutra honey dust for a long time. You know, the one that comes with the feather duster? It had a nice light sweetness to it.
Now I’m married to a vegan. So, the honey dust is out. Not to mention the feathers…

Thanks for the review! I’ve seen this everywhere but never tried it myself. Now I know it may serve better as a scent to just waft out of the open jar in a room or something. ha!
Does the container say it’s supposed to (or not?) be eaten? Doesn’t seem like it’s the best for ingestion, contrary to the great scent.

I did a review on that honey dust a few weeks ago
I like it a great deal.
I can understand about the Vegan spouse though. Maybe try the Kama Sutra Oil Of Love, I don’t think it contains any animal products

I think it would be great as a sort of unusual ‘air freshener’ and I may use it for just that!
On the jar the instructions say that the creme is to be applied to the skin, followed by kissing and licking. I know that it seems like an odd edible product, but it comes in a variety of ‘flavours’ including chocolate creme brulee.
I would not suggest eating it in any large quantity, LOL.
