Limbo Lower Now!

So nothing definitive came from Jack’s interview. It went well, and he feels good about his chances. The company has decided not to hire anyone until the end of July, and so we wait.
Waiting isn’t the worst thing in the world, although I loathe any state of limbo generally speaking. I like to know where I am going. I like to lay plans. I like direction.
For now I will busy myself with preparations for listing our home and relocating our possessions. A garage sale of mammoth proportions is being planned. I am gathering from all corners of the house items which I have borrowed from friends here. Seasonal decorations will be re-packed to withstand the journey. Small things will begin finding their way into boxes.
While I hate the fact that we don’t know anything for certain, I am grateful for the time we will have to get ready, so that when word comes that the job is his, we will be all set to go.
