Tuyo Vibrator Review

When I was in Montreal for the Grey Cup I came across a beautiful, spherical toy in one of the adult shops we passed through during a shopping trip.
“How curious” I said to myself, rolling it between the palms of my hands. I wondered how it would feel rolling over more intimate parts. It also seemed as though it would make quite a lovely massager.
Fortunately Babeland was kind enough to send one over for my testing pleasure, so I didn’t have to just imagine what it might be like
The Tuyo vibrator is a perfectly round ball, about the size of an orange. One of the ‘ends’ twists off in order for you to load batteries. The controls are made up of a single dimple on the top of the ball. One press to get it started, and then you can continue pressing to cycle through a number of different settings. They are standard fare as far as these types of vibrators go. Several levels of intensity on straight vibration followed by a handful of different vibration patterns.
It feels quite lovely against the skin, although the shape can be…awkward. I also felt that because the ball is a bit large and the motor vibrates the entire thing, it’s difficult to sort of find just the right spot. In my experience the vibration just wasn’t strong enough to get me over the edge, although it was quite perfect for teasing.
I also dislike the fact that this vibrator has several seams, which are the ideal place for bacteria to collect and breed. It’s not the idea shape for use with a condom, but you can stretch one of those things over it, I assure you.
While it’s not waterproof, it is ’splash proof’ although I wish they were more specific on what exactly that means. Can I take it in the shower? Are they speaking of bodily fluid splashing? Who knows really. At any rate, you can run it under water quickly for cleaning purposes. I’d suggest you use an anti-bacterial wipe instead of a lot of soap and water. Do what you can to get into the crevices.
Jack and I also tested this out as a back massager. It felt really good being rolled around on ones muscles, although unfotunately, mine kept cutting out and shutting off for no reason. Not sure what that’s about, but apparently I’m not the only one, so perhaps the wiring isn’t as good as it could be.
I’m actually kind of disappointed that such an attractive toy preformed so poorly. Just goes to show that you should never judge a toy by it’s packaging
