Layaspot Review

I picked up my new Layaspot vibrator, manufactured by Fun Factory, last week.
I was expecting it to be larger, but it is actually quite small. I mean, I can carry it around in my purse no problem (try doing that with the Hitachi Magic Wand). It takes two AAA batteries and has many speed functions (including several speeds of ‘pulsing’ vibration, which are awesome, LOL).
Being totally waterproof makes it easy to clean and you can use it pretty much anywhere. It’s made out of something called Elastomed, which is totally odor-free.
Anyway, I’m sure none of you care about the technical specs, you just wanna know how it works.
It may be small, but holy shit. It isn’t your typical vibrator, and I have to say it is without a doubt my new favorite toy. The contour is nice and fits against your genitals to provide an ‘all over’ vibration, as opposed to more concentrated stimulation, like many other vibrators designed specifically for the clitoris. The entire thing vibrates, and it is actually pretty quiet compared to a lot of other sex toys.
The Elastomed is smooth as silk and feels great against the skin. The variety of speeds and intensity settings was mind blowing. It only has two buttons, which is great because really, how many do you need? It shouldn’t be rocket science to use a sex toy.
I don’t know how hard it is on batteries yet*, but I’ll make sure I let you know. I don’t think that it would be and worse than standard vibrators (and a set of batteries generally lasts me a couple of months in my favorite toy 
LOL).
Mine cost me just about $80.00 CDN, and I would say it was money very well spent. I highly recommend this toy. You can get one WAAAAAYYYY cheaper than that from Pleasure Me Now however, so go there to order one for yourself.

Oh it looks very sleek!
What do the two buttons do? off and on? or on/off and adjust the speed?

The buttons are + and – signs, and basically you push the + to turn the thing on, and then increase the vibration (as well as switching from regular vibration to pulse). The – button turns the vibration down and also serves as the off botton. It’s actually really easy to use

i picked one of these up about a year ago at womynsware in vancouver and i enjoyed it quite a bit but i find that i need really good batteries for it. no dollar store ones for me.
then again, i’m a tough girl to crack so more intensity tends to be the way for me.
