What are the largest obstacles preventing you from realizing your dreams?

Personally, my answer would likely be my bad habit of procrastinating.  Also finances, which while generally pretty good around here, do not always allow for the amount of spending required to fulfill ALL of my dreams.  Aside from those two things, I sometimes also doubt my ability, or I seem to lack the determination to keep at it for the long haul.  Fortunately all of the above things can be worked on, and I am, tomorrow
