Noooooooo…They Be Stealin Mai Bukket!
Posted on June 23rd, 2008 in Life List
Due to how large my bucket list has gotten (and eventually it’ll be even bigger) I thought it would be useful to break it down some, so that I can focus on items I’d like to cross off in the near future.
Some items have already been scheduled for over this summer, and some I just plan to do at the first opportunity, with no set date in mind. I’ve decided that I want to cross (at least) 50 things off my list before 2009. Fortunately, now that I have them all organised, it doesn’t seem totally impossible.
This is really for my own benefit more than anything else, so that I can remember specific things I wanted to get done before the year is over, and not have to re-read my entire list to find them.
Speaking of the list, I’m looking for someone to eat at the revolving restaurant with in Calgary. I’ll be back in town from July 23 – 26th, so if any of my pals are reading this and would like to go for lunch/dinner there with me, get in touch
I’ve made a few improvements over at Teh Official List, such as adding links from crossed-off items, to the posts where I write about accomplishing them. There are a few which you will notice do not have links, due to the fact that I never blogged about them (like our trip to Ottawa, which accomplished a handful of list items).
Hopefully some of you enjoy this particular aspect of the blog. I know I have, and I’ve gotten some really great feedback on the life list thing, and inspired a few people to write their own it seems.

It would be lovely to meet you and hang out while we are there.
I also wanna check out the BioDome while we are in town, and have a proper smoked meat sandwich, LOL
Let me know if that weekend works out for you
November 23rd is the Sunday and I think we will be there from Friday until Monday or so, but I’ll get back to you once I know for sure!

I would be happy to help you cross a few more off your bucket list when you come out to Vancouver. Why don’t you plan to come around the time of a huge rock concert? Vancouver is well known for some of the biggest names and GM place is a great place to go to a concert. I really enjoy going and would love to experience that with my best friend! We can also maybe cross a few others off the list too…heck I would even try eating a bug too! I did eat a few things at Banu’s that I wouldn’t if you were not there. LOL!
I’d be very happy to experience that one with you too.
Skinny dipping in the dark…well there is a famous place in vancouver that is great for doing that.
You helped me cross several off my list when I came to Toronto, I’d be just as happy to help you cross a few others off yours when you come out here.
XOXO

For #200 in August – I recommend bug spray and lots of it and/or mosquito netting. Take it from one who has severe mosquito bite allergies and recently got Lyme disease from a fucking tick bite.
Aside from that, this list really inspires me, but I find I lack money, time, and patience to come up with the list AND cross things off of it. It’s possible that I work too much as well. I barely got 50 on my 100 things to do before I die. How on earth do you manage to do all this?
